It's been awhile since I last posted, but life has continued at Camp Basrah. We've saved some good guys, taken care of some locals, and have endured the heat that is finally starting to show signs of going away. Everything is relative so when I say "going away", I mean the highs are only 120 now........:)) Things will be changing drastically for us here in the coming weeks. I can't really say what's going on for a little bit, but it's going to be an interesting ride.
Shannon and the kids are hanging tough. Little Audrey was sick last week, but she seems to be doing better now. Continue to keep her in your prayers especially as we approach the fall and winter months. I will be fighting with our case manager this week about trying to get more nursing care hours for Audrey. We'll see how this goes but since we have changed locations the service that we have received has not been the same as North Carolina. That's about all for now.........later.
